OUR ATTORNEY FEES

Law Office of Jason Honaker Bankruptcy Fees - as of Winter 2017

We can provide an estimate of your financial responsibility at the client consultation.  Most cases require a deposit of $500 to get started.   This may be split into installments, depending on when the case needs to be filed.  Our goal is to provide the best outcome at a very reasonable price, and not to take as many cases as we can file.  In appropriate cases, we will use the court's simplified attorney fee award procedure guidelines, which can be provided to you.  Bankruptcy case fees are always subject to court review and we want to provide you with a clear up front price estimate.  In many Chapter 13 cases, our fees are funded by money that would otherwise be lost to creditors, significantly lowering your actual cost.

These fees arrangements are only necessarily applicable for cases filed after January 20, 2016 and before January 1, 2017 and are subject to change without notice on this website; they are for general informational purposes.  Your fee proposal will be explained in an attorney-client agreement should you hire us.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code.
